Do you like the cinema but you don’t go as often as you would like? Don’t worry, we will help you get the most out of your experience. No one wants to have their movie ruined because of an annoying moviegoer, or have their necks broken trying to turn their heads to the screen. We have gone to watch enough movies to know which are the best practices for this. Here we have a few tips to help you forget everything else and enjoy the movie as it was intended by its director. Lights, camera, action!
Choosing Your Seats
A common mistake when choosing where to sit is to choose the one right next to another person. You should always leave one free space. People don’t tend to go alone to watch movies. You can even leave one between the aisle and you. That way you won’t have to bother people if you need to go to the bathroom.
Early Worm
You should buy your tickets at home if you want to see the movie from a good position. Many people wait until the day of the screening or even go to the cinema to ask for the tickets. This is a way to end up sitting right in front of the screen. Be clever and buy them as soon as you decide what to watch. Your neck will thank you.
Your Own Food
They say that you are not allowed to bring your own food to the cinema, but the one from the candy shop is so overpriced! Even though it is illegal to make you throw away your food –and you should remember it is so, next time you are told to, you can buy a popcorn bucket but refill it at home every time. That way you will be saving a lot of money!
Don't Waste Time Printing Your Ticket
If you bought your ticket at home, there is no need to print it at home or at the cinema. If you do this, you will be queuing up twice in one day, one for the ticket and another one to enter the theatre. The host at the theater entrance will have a scanner to check your ticket on your phone and print it right there!
